The NEISD Agriscience Magnet Program (AMP) cordially invites you to be a vendor at our 13th Annual North East Ag Fair. The purpose of the Ag Fair is to engage our North East community in a day full of activities showcasing the skills of students in the AMP through events such as livestock exhibition, agricultural mechanics skill-a-thon and a BBQ cook-off.
The Ag Fair also serves as a major fundraising event for the James Madison FFA Booster Club. The mission of the FFA Booster Club is to provide financial support to all students of the AMP in order to enhance educational and agricultural experiences of the students. Through the success of the Ag Fair, the FFA Booster Club will be one step closer to meeting their goals for the 2022 – 2023 school year.
The Ag Fair will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at the AMP Complex located at James Madison High School. Vendors may begin setting up booths/displays Friday, January 13th from 4:30pm to 7:00pm or on Saturday at 8:00am. Vendors will be provided either indoor or outdoor spaces on a first come, first served basis. Each space will be 8’ X 10’ in size, provided with electricity, and one 6 ft. table for a fee of $45.00 (additional tables may be requested for $20.00 per table). We are also requesting a donation from each vendor of one merchandise item or service of your choice to be used by the FFA Booster Club in their Spring Fling fundraising event later in the school year.
The organizers of the North East Ag Fair assume no responsibility for Texas Sales Tax collection. Each vendor must possess a valid Texas Sales Tax License (if applicable) and is responsible to collect and report all sales taxes.
To participate as a vendor in the 2023 North East Ag Fair, please complete the Vendor Registration Form and return it to the James Madison FFA Booster Club with payment either in person or by mail to 14080 Nacogdoches Rd, Box 86 San Antonio, TX 78247-1944.
